meet Dr Dan Nguyen, DMD

Dr. Dan Nguyen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts-Boston with a degree in Biochemistry. She went on to earn a Master of Biomedical Sciences degree from Tufts University before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Nguyen furthered her expertise by specializing in Pediatric Dentistry through a residency program at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.

Passionate about pediatric dentistry, Dr. Nguyen focuses on preventive care and providing support for medically compromised children. She is dedicated to offering personalized, comprehensive dental care tailored to each pediatric patient’s unique needs. Dr. Nguyen uses gentle approach, warm demeanor, age-appropriate communication and interactive techniques to educate children and their families on the importance of maintaining excellent oral health. Dr. Nguyen’s goal is to ensure every dental visit is a positive experience, leaving children with healthy smiles and confidence that lasts a lifetime. Dr. Nguyen is equally committed to giving back, dedicating her career to addressing healthcare disparities and making a meaningful impact in underserved communities through community service initiatives.

As an active member of professional organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the American Dental Education Association, Dr. Nguyen committed to continuing education to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in pediatric dentistry, ensuring exceptional care for her patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new adventures with her beloved dogs, Pepper and Fifi.
